Plan for a Comeback

“Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ…” (II Corinthians 2:14, NKJ).
God promises to always lead us into victory! That means, no matter what you are facing, no matter what’s going on in the world around you, no matter what anybody says, you should always be planning for a comeback! In the middle of that adversity or tough time, start making your list of who you’re going to invite to your victory celebration. You don’t have to wait for everything to be perfect before you decide to celebrate what God is going to do in your life.

Put some action behind your faith. That means if you’re in the hospital, start planning what you’re going to do when you get out. If you lost some money when the stock market went down, start planning your coming-out-of-debt party. When things don’t look good in the natural, remember, we serve a supernatural God. With God leading you into victory, you can always plan for increase. You can plan for restoration. You can plan for a comeback that will make you stronger and better than you ever were before!

Lift Up Your Head

“Lift up your heads…that the King of glory may come in” (Psalm 24:7, AMP).
Are you ready for God to come in and fight your battles? Then it’s time to lift up your head. It’s time to get a vision of yourself rising higher. See, your life is going to follow your vision. You can’t stay focused on defeat and expect to move forward in victory. But when you lift your head, when you focus on the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, your focus is in the right place. You are setting yourself up to be a candidate of God’s blessing and favor.

How do you lift your head? By thinking higher thoughts. By speaking God’s Word. By seeing yourself the way God sees you. That means if you’re sick, you’ve got to start seeing yourself well. If you’re struggling in your finances, start seeing yourself with more than enough. You may have major obstacles, but see yourself rising above them. If you will lift up your head, then the Lord mighty in battle will come in. And when God shows up, every adversity will be turned to victory! Every battlefield will be turned to a blessing field, and you will live the abundant life He promised to you!

We all wonder many many many times over WHY?

Sometimes we wonder, “What did I do to deserve this?” or “Why did God have
to do this to me?” Here is a wonderful explanation! A daughter is telling
her Mother how everything is going wrong, she’s failing algebra, her
boyfriend broke up with her and her best friend is moving away.

Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake and asks her daughter if she would
like a snack, and the daughter says, “Absolutely Mom, I love your cake.”

“Here, have some cooking oil,” her Mother offers.
“Yuck” says her daughter.
“How about a couple raw eggs?” “Gross, Mom!”
“Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?”
“Mom, those are all yucky!”

To which the mother replies: “Yes, all those things seem bad all by
themselves. But when they are put together in the right way, they make a
wonderfully delicious cake!”

God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He would let us go
through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts
these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to
trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!

God is crazy about you. He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise
every morning.

Whenever you want to talk, He’ll listen. He can live anywhere in the
universe, and He chose your heart.

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as
well dance.

Be blessed

“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth…” (Deuteronomy 8:18, NKJ).

God wants to do something great in and through you. He has promises and blessings in store for you that you haven’t even thought of yet. The Scripture tells us that He gives us power to gain wealth. Wealth is simply having abundance. God wants you to live in abundance so that He can use you to be a blessing to others. When we are willing and obedient to Him, we open the door to His promises. In other words, when we live in excellence and integrity, when we follow the Word of God, we will walk in His blessing. Like a tree planted by the water, your leaf will not wither because you are connected to an unlimited supply line.

Notice one more thing about this verse: it says that “He gives us the power to get wealth.” See, God gives us the ability, He gives us creative ideas and inventions, but we have to be diligent and do our part and step out and use what He’s given us. We have to sow seed in order to see the harvest that He has promised. Receive His power today and choose a life of integrity so that you can move forward into the abundant life He has prepared for you.

Don’t Give Away Your Power

You can tell a lot about a person by what it takes to get them upset. Our emotions are either controlled by our circumstances or our character. When someone is rude, our emotions say, “Pay them back. Get even”, which doesn´t take much discipline! But when our strength is under control and we´ve taken the time to develop our character, we realize, “I´m bigger than this. I´m not going to let them pull me down. I´ve got places to go, goals to accomplish and dreams to bring to fruition.”

3 John 2 says that God wishes above all things that we prosper and be in health. God desires to prosper our entire soul – our mind, will and emotions. If we can learn to control our emotions and how we react to those who treat us unfairly, God sees and will reward us for our Christ-like character.

We can´t always control how others treat us, but we can control how we react to others. We’re not supposed to drag through the day frustrated, upset and offended. We’re supposed to be full of joy, peace and victory.

By learning this principle of not giving away your peace and developing your character, you´re not only going to enjoy your life more, but God will bless you, increase and promote you!
